My name is Ashley Burger!
I am an instructional coach in Kissimmee, Florida. After having taught kindergarten, second grade, and fourth grade, in low socioeconomic areas and high socioeconomic areas, in two different central Florida school districts, I am so excited to share my teaching journey and resources with other educators! I think we have one of the toughest careers out there and I am very passionate about helping other educators in any way I can by providing meaningful activities, lessons, tips and tricks of the trade!

Long time, no see 😬
I’m gonna be honest, life kicked me in the tuckus so far this school year, and I chose to be selective with how I spent my time for my mental health. But I missed all of you! This community is the best and I think there is so much we can learn from one another.
Quick life update:
🎃 I’m still teaching a in-person second grade class after being moved from fourth grade
🎃 I’m finishing up my first year of grad school
🎃 I’m still training in aerial silks and have added on training for a half marathon in a week and a full marathon in two months
🎃 I am still absolutely in love with my beautiful life with Mike and our pups in Orlando 🧡

We had the best time creating our fraction “menus” and pizzas! It was so cool to see my little chefs so excited to practice math 🥰 and all it took was some plastic tablecloths, paper chefs hats, and a little #imagination 🌈
